Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The conditions that follow must be fulfilled for the item to be eligible for a return:

  • It needs to be unused, unworn, and in its original state.
  • The item must be returned with all tags, boxes, pouches, certifications, and original packaging.
  • It must be free of wear, damage, and scratches.
  • It must not have been altered, resized, or modified in any way.
  • Proof of purchase or the original receipt must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, including:

  • Name necklaces, photo/picture pendants, and engraved items are examples of custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Items that were tagged as “Final Sale” when they were bought
  • Promotional vouchers or gift cards
  • Earrings worn (because of hygienic concerns)
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing essential parts

Refund Policy

How Refunds Are Processed:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If your return is accepted:

  • Your original payment method will receive a full or partial refund.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  • If applicable, shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or wrong and the return is the result of our error.

Refund Adjustments:

The value of your refund may be impacted if you return one item if your purchase included a promotion (such as a gift or bundled discount).

  • The retail value of any gifts that came with your purchase and were not returned will be subtracted from your reimbursement.
  • If you bought something with a minimum spend discount, returning a portion of your order will not qualify for the discount, which will also be modified.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size, length, or variation? We are pleased to provide free one-time exchanges for qualified items.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • The same conditions specified in our returns policy must be met by the products.
  • Custom and engraved items are not eligible for exchanges unless defective.

For each order, we will cover one exchange request and regular postage. For additional exchanges or non-standard shipping, additional fees may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every piece that we produce is supported by us. If a product arrives damaged during shipping or defective in craftsmanship

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or engraving).

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Description of the issue

Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a repair, a replacement, or a complete refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@luxuryjewelers.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
  2. After reviewing your request, a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions will be sent by our customer service team.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  4. We will let you know the status of your refund or exchange as soon as it is received and examined.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • We strongly advise choosing trackable and insured delivery for expensive purchases. Items lost or damaged during transit are not the responsibility of Luxury Jewelers.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days after the RA is issued.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased in-store must be returned to the original location and are subject to the same policies above. Please bring a valid ID and proof of purchase.
